Swine Flu Fears - Jupiter in Aquarius - Hope and Optimism Returns

Tuesday, October 31, 2006. The Moon is in Aquarius today, in the nakshatra Shatabishak which is ruled by rahu. Not only is the Moon in rahu's nakshatra, but so is Mars, the Sun and Venus. Very prominent rahu nature can be expected for the next few days. Rahu is developing the capacities of the planets in his nakshatra's. Thus the qualities of asserting our personal strength (Mars), understanding our truthful power (Sun) and learning the value of others wishes (Venus) and the need to respect those wishes will all be themes for the next week or so. Today, as the Moon also joins rahu by transit we may feel some social anxiety and feel ourselves to be a little less than we actually are. Be careful with an inferiority complex today. We feel a certain lack of clarity and direction at this time. Saturn is the ruler of Saturday and he just entered Leo a couple of days ago where he is also feeling weak and in transition. There's just not a lot of power and stability underneath us right now. Saturn is also the ruler of Capricorn, in the sign of Leo he will bring the desire to feel dignified and want to feel respected. Sign of Capricorn is one of facing our tangible fears and controlling our external environment through our long-term efforts.

A major shift of energy happened the last few days with both Jupiter and Saturn changing signs. This long-term shift has our mind feeling still in a bit of transition.
